1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Modular Aluminum Products (MAP Inc.) website at map-inc.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website.
2. Products and Services
MAP Inc. sells MayTec t-slot aluminum extrusion profiles, connectors, fasteners, and related accessories. We also provide custom cutting, machining, and anodizing services. All products are subject to availability. Product images are representative and may vary slightly from actual items.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of order.
4. Custom Orders and Returns
Cut-to-length aluminum extrusions and machined products are custom-made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged. Standard stock items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unopened condition. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact us before returning any items.
5. Shipping
We ship across Canada. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. In-store pickup is available at our Waterloo, Ontario location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
MAP Inc. provides aluminum extrusion products and machining services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and specifications, we do not warrant that product information is error-free. MAP Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and CAD files, is the property of MAP Inc. or its licensors (including MayTec). CAD files are provided for design and engineering purposes only and may not be redistributed.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
